PROGRAM MECHANICS

Knowledge Transfer

    • Classroom Training   -55 Days @ 16 hours a week (Four days a week).
    • On-the-job Training – 90 Days @ 48 hours a week (Six days a week).
    • Field Tour Training –      5 Days @ 8 hours on Tour appointed days.

Total Training Time-  150 Days:  Translating to 720 hours of Knowledge transfer

Assessment

    • Continuous Assessment Tests.
    • Final Exam.
    • Project Work.
    • Behavioural and Attitude score.

  • 1. BLS  – Basics of Liner Shipping.
  • 2. ILS     – International logistics and Supply Chain management.
  • 3. DTM – Distribution and Transportation Management.
  • 4. FOF   – Fundamentals of Freight Forwarding.
  • 5. CCP   – Customs Clearance Procedure.

Module 2

  • 6. IMW -Inventory Management and Warehousing.
  • 7. DLE    – Domestic Logistics and E-Commerce.
  •   8. MSM – Marketing and Sales Management.
  •   9. SFM   – Support Functions in Management.
  •  10. OBA – Organizational Behavior and Attitude.
